Business development

  • Collect potential leads and finalize sales to drive company revenue

  • Craft client pitch decks outlining chatbot concepts and strategies

  • Bring Diva offerings to prospective clients and secure new partnerships from both large enterprises and small to medium-sized businesses

  • Establish and nurture lasting connections with clients and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Coupled with at least 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development within Marketing Solutions, Chatbot Platform, or IT Solutions

  • Proficiency in the commerce industry, shop or brand operations & enabler, showcasing a deep understanding of these domains

  • Demonstrated network connections within the advertising industry and with various brands.

  • An enthusiastic and collaborative individual, known for their proactive approach and team-oriented mindset

  • Possesses strong adaptability and quick learning capabilities

  • Fluency in English is highly desired

Performance marketing

  • Implement, oversee, and track: Meta ads (including CPAS), TikTok, SEM, Google AdWords, and advertisements across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee Ads, Topads, etc.)

  • Conduct thorough measurement and reporting on the effectiveness of all digital marketing initiatives, delivering presentations to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Generate innovative ideas and provide clear design directions to the design team

  • Supervise and enhance shop performance on e-commerce platforms

  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and overall market dynamics through continuous monitoring of market intelligence

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success spanning 3-5 years in a growth-oriented capacity, consistently exceeding targets in the marketplace and social commerce

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tactics across all stages of the funnel, encompassing SEO, Ads, Email Marketing, and more

  • Analytical prowess, adept at leveraging data to extract actionable insights

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration aptitude

  • Up-to-date familiarity with cutting-edge trends and technologies in online sales and digital marketing

Customer success manager

  • Ensure sustained customer engagement levels, including conducting on-site meetings, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and fostering loyalty

  • Collaborate proactively with assigned accounts to boost product adoption and represent the clients' perspectives effectively

  • Anticipate and address potential issues that may impact customer satisfaction or retention, taking corrective actions as needed

  • Arrange regular reviews with clients to identify evolving needs and enhance success through interactive and consultative dialogues

  • Consistently gather client feedback and collaborate directly with the product team to contribute insights for refining the product roadmap

Requirements

AI engineer

  • Innovate, establish, and enhance state-of-the-art artificial intelligence models, including deep learning architectures, to address complex research challenges

  • Ensure optimal model performance by devising and implementing streamlined training pipelines encompassing data preprocessing, augmentation, and hyperparameter tuning

  • Engage in individual research initiatives, exploring innovative approaches to intricate artificial intelligence and machine learning problems

  • Undertake multiple focused projects within a specific domain to acquire in-depth expertise and execute autonomous work effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Minimum of 3 years in AI Engineering roles.
    Proficiency in LLM, Python, and Machine Learning, with extensive hands-on experience

  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

  • Proven capability in extracting pertinent information from textual data using Anthropic's model and OpenAI

  • Track record of navigating unfamiliar territories and overcoming challenges

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a Cloud-based working environment

  • Previous success and genuine enthusiasm for GenAI and LLM, with the ability to articulate and discuss cutting-edge concepts

Fullstack developer

  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Business, and Sales teams to gather and comprehend requirements, ensuring the delivery of scalable solutions

  • Develop, design, and maintain both new and existing web applications, adhering to high standards of quality and maintainability in code writing

  • Continuously enhance the performance and design of existing applications, while also ensuring full deployment and implementation of web applications

  • Actively engage in design deliberations and reviews, proposing and implementing technical solutions to overcome challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent

  • At least 5 years of experience in the software industry.

  • Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming concepts.

  • Thorough understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Computer Science principles

  • Experience with Node.js and Golang

  • Familiarity with frontend and client technologies such as JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, JSON, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js, as well as database systems

  • Expertise in HTTP, Web Services, and Restful APIs

  • Knowledge of SQL queries is advantageous

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team with a positive demeanor.
